Category Order
Controls the order of category tabs customers see when they scan the QR code. Leave untouched and tabs are ordered automatically from your menu items.
🤝 AI Discount Limit — café-wide default
Used when a customer asks for a deal without naming a specific item. Per-item limits (the "AI Max %" column above) override this for that item.
%
Set to 0 (default) and the AI forwards every discount request to you for approval.
Set it above 0 and the AI instantly grants a goodwill discount up to this % — with a tracked coupon
code the customer shows at billing. Requests beyond this limit are still sent to you.

🎁 Loyalty & Discounts
How customers earn and redeem points, and whether you offer a student discount
Turning expiry on for the first time never removes points already earned — every customer gets a full fresh window starting today.

🛵 Delivery
Let customers order delivery online, set your fee, and decide whether orders need your approval first
When on, new delivery orders wait in the "Awaiting Approval" queue on the Orders & Revenue tab until you approve or reject them — they never reach the kitchen until then.
